Terms of Sale

These terms describe digital downloads sold by AI Business Accelerator. Questions before or after purchase? Email support@aibusinessaccelerator.uk.

Products and prices

Products are downloadable digital files, not a managed AI service. The full bundle includes 42 skills across eight departments. Department packs and standalone white-label skills are sold separately. Prices displayed on the site are in US dollars (USD). This checkout does not add VAT separately; contact support before buying if you need a VAT invoice. Review the final payable amount before confirming payment. Claude access is separate and is not included in the price.

Delivery

After a successful payment, your download is available on the confirmation page. Keep a copy of the file. If your download does not work, contact support with the email used at checkout.

Licence

The main bundle and department packs are licensed for use within one organisation. Redistribution and resale outside that organisation are not included. White-label products instead include commercial rebrand and resale rights for client delivery as described on their product page. Buying a download does not transfer copyright in the original files.

Cancellation and faulty content

For consumers who have a statutory 14-day cancellation right, we ask for your express consent to immediate access and your acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost once the digital download begins. If immediate access is not requested, or if the content is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights remain. Contact support to discuss a cancellation request or problem with a download. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Use of Claude

Claude is provided separately by Anthropic. You are responsible for reviewing drafts and following your own organisation's policies before using outputs. These files are the current downloadable version; future changes to Claude or its skill format are outside our control.
