We spent years inside consulting and enterprise teams watching the same thing happen: someone would get great results from Claude on a Tuesday, then nobody else on the team could reproduce it on Wednesday. The prompt lived in one person's chat history, the context was in their head, and the whole advantage disappeared the moment they went on vacation.
So we started packaging what worked. Not prompts. Actual scoped skills, with the guardrails, example inputs and failure modes baked in, so a result that took one person three hours of trial and error takes anyone on the team ten minutes on the first try.
